Abstract

La presente invención proporciona un método para la detección de la apolipoproteína E isotipo 4 (ApoE4) o los fragmentos de la misma en una muestra sanguínea de un sujeto, con lo cual el método comprende los pasos de poner en contacto la muestra con una fase sólida, poner en contacto la muestra con al menos una aglutinante que se une específicamente a la ApoE4 o un fragmento de la misma, formando con esto un complejo de ApoE4-aglutinante, y detectando el complejo de ApoE4-aglutinante.
