Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a um método para a preservação de material celular vivo, compreendendo: expor um material celular a um meio contendo no mínimo um glicolipídeo e um crioprotetor para uma quantidade de tempo predeterminada; e depois da exposição, submeter o material celular a um protocolo de preservação compreendendo criopreservação em uma temperatura de preservação inferior ou igual a cerca de -80°c.
