Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para o transporte e a preservação de uma amostra biológica ex vivo e método correspondente. o dispositivo (1) compreende uma câmara (2) para conter a amostra biológica (100), delimitada por paredes (4) feitas de um material isolante térmico. o dispositivo, além do que, incorpora agentes de esfriamento (6) que mantêm a temperatura dentro da câmara (2) abaixo da temperatura fora do dispositivo (1). finalmente, um sistema de ultrassom adequado para gerar e aplicar ultrassom na amostra biológica (100) é fornecido. a invenção também propõe um método para o transporte e a preservação que combina aplicar esfriamento e ultrassom para reduzir o dano na célula na amostra biológica.
