Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um sensor de deformação conectável por solda, apropriado para superfícies curvas, com as seguintes características: a. um sensor de deformação (2) com duas seções terminais, que estão acopladas por tecnologia de sinais com linhas de sinais (3a, 3b), para condução do sinal de medição, b. um suporte de sensor (4), que se estende na direção do sensor de deformação (2) e está conectado fixamente com o mesmo, e c. uma cobertura de proteção (5) de um plástico sólido, que envolve inteiramente o sensor de deformação (2) e as seções terminais das linhas de sinais (3a, 3b) e que está conectada fixamente com o suporte de sensor (4), sendo que - a cobertura de proteção (5), na região do sensor de deformação (2) está formada de modo estreito e plano e na região dos pontos de acoplamento das linhas de sinais (3a, 3b), com o sensor de deformação (2), tem pelo menos o dobro da largura e pelo menos o dobro da altura como na região do sensor de deformação (2), e d. as seções terminais do suporte de sensor (4) apresentam fendas (6), de modo que estão formadas linguetas (7), sendo que as extremidades das linguetas estão voltadas uma em direção à outra.
