Abstract

aparelho (1) para checagem de pneus compreendendo: uma estrutura de suporte (2); um flange (3); e um sistema de aquisição (4) de imagens tridimensionais de uma superfície de um pneu, sendo que o sistema de aquisição é montado na estrutura de suporte e compreende: uma câmera de matriz (5), uma fonte de laser linear (7) e uma superfície de reflexo (12) que intercepta o eixo de propagação (9) do feixe de laser linear e o eixo óptico (6) da câmera de matriz (5), em que um primeiro ângulo (50), formado entre uma primeira seção (14) e uma segunda seção (31) do eixo óptico (6) mutuamente simétricas em relação à normal da superfície de reflexo no respectivo ponto de incidência da superfície de reflexo, é obtuso e em que um segundo ângulo (51), formado entre uma primeira seção (16) e uma segunda seção (32) do eixo de propagação (9) mutuamente simétricas em relação à normal da superfície de reflexo no respectivo ponto de incidência da superfície de reflexo, é obtuso.
