trata-se de um dispositivo de inspeção de ângulo de eixo geométrico óptico (20) que é dotado de uma primeira câmera (25) e uma tela (26) que são dispostas na frente de um medidor de distância a laser (11), é dotado de uma fonte de luz pontual (35) na tela, e é dotado de uma segunda câmera (28) disposta atrás do medidor de distância a laser (11). uma imagem do medidor de distância a laser é capturada pela primeira câmera, e a altura da fonte de luz pontual é ajustada para a altura do medidor de distância a laser na base da imagem capturada. então, uma imagem da fonte de luz pontual é capturada pela segunda câmera, e uma diferença de altura entre o centroide da imagem capturada e a fonte de luz pontual é especificada. o ângulo de eixo geométrico óptico do medidor de distância a laser é calculado a partir da diferença de altura e da distância da tela para o medidor de distância a laser.
