a invenção se refere a um aparelho de abastecimento para uma ou várias máquinas de dispensa de bebidas (1a,1b), com uma câmara de recepção para a colocação de pelo menos dois recipientes de estoque (5a, 5b) para alimentos líquidos, em particular, leite, que através de condutores de alimentos (4a, 4b,, 4a', 4b') podem ser ligados com a máquina ou com as máquinas de dispensa de bebidas (1a, 1b). o aparelho de abastecimento (2) apresenta um dispositivo de resfriamento (10) para temperar os alimentos líquidos contidos nos recipientes de estoque (5a, 5b) a uma temperatura predeterminada. para cada um dos recipientes de estoque (5a, 5b) está prevista uma superfície de contato (8a, 8b) condutora de calor, em particular, metálica, que no caso do recipiente de estoque (5a, 5b) colocado está em contato condutor de calor do mesmo, com uma parede externa (7a, 7b) condutora de calor, em particular, superfície de fundo, a fim de resfriar o conteúdo do recipiente de estoque (5a, 5b). além disso, as superfícies de contato (8a, 8b) condutoras de calor podem ser resfriadas respectivamente através de circuitos de resfriamento (9a, 9b) reguláveis separadamente pelo dispositivo de resfriamento (10).
