Abstract

容器の緩衝層側の外面温度を、凍結材の融点とは異なる温度に調整が可能な保冷容器、保冷皿および赤ワインサーバーを提供する。飲食品である保冷対象物の温度調節を行なう保冷容器であって、少なくとも中空構造の領域を有し、前記領域に、特定の温度で相変化する凍結材を含む蓄熱層と、前記領域で前記蓄熱層とは分離して存在し、前記凍結材の相変化温度で流体である不凍材を含む緩衝層とを備える。緩衝層を介することで、容器の緩衝層側の外面温度は、凍結材の融点とは異なる温度にすることができる。
