Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um sistema para inserir um stent autoexpansível comprimido (2) em um vaso sanguíneo (12) através de uma comporta (14) arranjada no vaso sanguíneo (12) e para liberar o stent (2) no vaso sanguíneo (12), o qual compreende uma comporta (14) e um cateter (4) que tem um tubo interno (6), um tubo do meio (8) e um tubo externo (10), em que o stent (2) é arranjado em uma seção de extremidade distal do cateter (4) entre o tubo interno (6) e o tubo externo (10), e o tubo do meio (8) termina distalmente na extremidade proximal do stent (2), e compreende uma unidade de acionamento (16) provida na região proximal do cateter (4) para liberar o stent (2) e tem uma unidade de impulsão (18), em que um meio de conexão (30) é provido entre a unidade de impulsão (18) e a porta (14), em que a unidade de impulsão (18) coopera com o tubo do meio (8) e o meio de conexão (30) de uma maneira tal que, quando a unidade de impulsão (18) é acionada, o tubo do meio (8) é movido na direção distal (39) e a unidade de acionamento (16) é movida na direção proximal (36), junto com o tubo externo (10) preso à mesma, e em que o tubo interno (6) coopera com o tubo do meio (8) e/ou o meio de conexão (30) de uma maneira tal que o mesmo é deslocado pelo menos parcialmente em relação à unidade de acionamento (16).
