Abstract

Un sistema para la inserción de una endoprótesis vascular autoexpandible y comprimida (2) a través de una esclusa (14) dispuesta sobre un vaso sanguíneo (12) hacia dicho vaso sanguíneo (12) y para liberar la endoprótesis vascular (2) en el vaso sanguíneo (12), el sistema comprende una esclusa (14) y un catéter (4), que comprende un tubo interno (6), un tubo intermedio (8) y un tubo exterior (10), por donde se retira la endoprótesis vascular (2) en una porción del extremo distal del catéter (4) entre el tubo interior (6) y el tubo exterior (10) y el tubo intermedio (8) finaliza distalmente en el extremo proximal de la endoprótesis vascular (2), y con una unidad de descarga (16) que tiene una unidad de accionamiento (18) provista en la región proximal del catéter (4) para liberar la endoprótesis vascular (2), caracterizado porque se proporciona un medio de conexión (30) entre la unidad de accionamiento (18) y la esclusa (14), en donde la unidad de accionamiento (18) está cooperando con el tubo intermedio (8) y el medio de conexión (30) de tal manera, que cuando se hace funcionar la unidad de accionamiento (18) el tubo intermedio (8) se desplaza en la dirección distal (39) y la unidad de descarga (16) junto con el tubo exterior (10) unido a la misma se desplaza en la dirección proximal (36), y en donde el tubo interior (6) está cooperando con el tubo intermedio (8) y/o el medio de conexión (30) de tal manera que el tubo interior (6) es desplazado por lo menos en cierta medida en relación con la unidad de descarga (16).
