Abstract
resumo patente de invenção: "sistema de entrega de stent." trata-se de um aparelho intraluminal para entregar um stent autoexpansível que estende-se ao longo de um eixo geométrico longitudinal a partir de um lado proximal para um lado distal. o mesmo compreende, em configuração de entrega, (a) uma bainha de retração que tem um lúmen ao longo do eixo geométrico longitudinal da mesma e que cobre de modo deslizante uma região de recepção de stent na extremidade distal do lúmen, (b) um eixo interno disposto longitudinalmente no aparelho intraluminal, em que pelo menos uma porção distal do eixo interno está disposta dentro da bainha, (c) o stent autoexpansível em um estado comprimido disposto dentro da região de recepção de stent do lúmen, (d) um meio de retenção que delimita uma cavidade interna, disposto adjacente a um lado proximal do stent na bainha, em que a extremidade proximal do meio de retenção é permanentemente unida ao eixo interno, e (e) um meio de manipulação colocado em direção ao lado proximal do aparelho intraluminal, que tem a capacidade de deslocar longitudinalmente a bainha de retração em relação ao eixo interno. quando o aparelho intraluminal está em uma configuração de entrega, a porção distal do meio de retenção está disposta em torno da porção proximal do stent e define uma região de sobreposição do meio de retenção e do stent. a razão l(10)/l(2)comp do comprimento da região de sobreposição, l(10), para o comprimento do stent autoexpansível, l(2)comp, no estado comprimido do mesmo é de pelo menos 5% e no máximo 30%.
