Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a uma combinação de antioxidantes de ao menos tocoferóis, ácido carnósico e galotaninos hidrolisáveis, onde: a quantidade de tocoferóis é menor do que aproximadamente 500 ppm e a relação de ácido carnósico : galotaninos hidrolisáveis varia de aproximadamente 1:4 a aproximadamente 3:1. a presente invenção também se refere a uma composição contendo gordura antioxidada compreendendo esta combinação de antioxidantes. a presente invenção também se refere a um método para aumentar o efeito antioxidante dos tocoferóis em uma composição contendo gordura, bem como o uso da combinação de antioxidantes para aumentar o efeito antioxidante dos tocoferóis em uma composição contendo gordura.
