Abstract

são providos um tecido não tecido perfurado e um método de produção do mesmo. o tecido não tecido perfurado é formado por aberturas no formato tridimensional de funil sobrepostas de duas camadas de tecido não tecido perfurado. a primeira camada de tecido não tecido perfurado apresenta uma parte saliente e uma parte em recesso. a parte saliente apresenta um espaço interno. um lado superior da segunda camada de tecido não tecido perfurado é aderida a um lado inferior da parte em recesso da primeira camada de tecido não tecido perfurado. as aberturas no formato tridimensional de funil sobrepostas passam através da primeira camada de tecido não tecido perfurado e da segunda camada de tecido não tecido perfurado. é formada uma passagem para fluxo de ar entre os espaços internos contínuos das partes salientes da primeira camada de tecido não tecido perfurado e da segunda camada de tecido não tecido perfurado, facilitando assim a penetração de líquido e de fezes moles, reduzindo os resíduos, possibilitando circulação de fluxo de ar interno e externo e reduzindo o desconforto causado pela umidade.
