Abstract
a presente invenção fornece um método, sendo que o método forma um biofilme, em que o biofilme compreende uma população de pelo menos uma cepa bacteriana afixada às partículas, em que o biofilme é configurado para colonizar um intestino de um indivíduo que precisa do mesmo por pelo menos cinco dias, quando for ingerido pelo indivíduo, sendo que o método compreende: a. obter uma população que compreende pelo menos uma cepa de bactérias; b. inocular um meio de crescimento que contém partículas com a população que compreende pelo menos uma cepa de bactérias; c. incubar as partículas com a população que compreende pelo menos uma cepa bacteriana por tempo suficiente para a população de pelo menos uma cepa de bactérias se afixar às partículas; e d. cultivar a população que compreende pelo menos uma cepa de bactérias afixada às partículas em um meio de crescimento por tempo suficiente para formar um biofilme.
