Abstract
composição de resina epóxi que compreende uma resina epóxi (a), um agente de cura (b) e um composto contendo fósforo (c) indicado pela fórmula geral a seguir (1) e também, caso necessário, um retardador de chama (d) e uma placa laminada que compreende a dita composição de resina (1); em que m indica um número inteiro de 2 a 10, cada um dentre r1 a r4 indica, independentemente, um átomo de hidrogênio, um grupo alquila ou um grupo arila, r5 indica um grupo hidrocarboneto que pode conter um átomo de oxigênio, um átomo de enxofre ou um átomo de nitrogênio, x indica um átomo de oxigênio ou um átomo de enxofre, y indica um átomo de oxigênio, um átomo de enxofre ou -nr6-, e r6 indica um átomo de hidrogênio, um grupo alquila ou um grupo arila.
