Claims (5)
- 導電体の外周部に形成される絶縁構造に含浸されるレジンを製造する方法であって、
エポキシ樹脂と、前記エポキシ樹脂と反応することで前記エポキシ樹脂の粘度を低下させる反応性希釈剤にナノフィラーが分散された分散液とを混合する分散液混合工程と、
前記分散液混合工程により生成された組成物と、前記エポキシ樹脂を硬化させる硬化剤とを混合する硬化剤混合工程と、
を含み、
前記レジンは、前記エポキシ樹脂、前記ナノフィラー、前記反応性希釈剤、及び硬化剤を下記割合で含む、
エポキシ樹脂:30wt%~60wt% …(1)
酸無水物系硬化剤:30wt%~60wt% …(2)
反応性希釈剤:5wt%~30wt% …(3)
ナノフィラー:(1)~(3)の混合物全体に対し2wt%~30wt%
レジン製造方法。 - 前記エポキシ樹脂は、脂環式エポキシ樹脂を含む、
請求項1に記載のレジン製造方法。 - 前記反応性希釈剤は、アルキレンモノグリシジルエーテル、アルキレンジグリシジルエーテル、1,12-ドデカンジオールジグリシジルエーテル、及び1,2-エポキシテトラデカンのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、
請求項2に記載のレジン製造方法。 - 前記分散液中の前記ナノフィラーの粒径は、50nm以下である、
請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のレジン製造方法。 - 導電体の外周部に形成される絶縁構造を製造する方法であって、
ナノフィラーを含むレジンを製造するレジン製造工程と、
前記導電体の外周部に巻回された非導電性のテープ状部材に前記レジンを含浸させる工程と、
を含み、
前記レジン製造工程は、
エポキシ樹脂と、前記エポキシ樹脂と反応することでエポキシ樹脂の粘度を低下させる反応性希釈剤に前記ナノフィラーが分散された分散液とを混合する分散液混合工程と、
前記分散液混合工程により生成された組成物と、前記エポキシ樹脂を硬化させる硬化剤とを混合する硬化剤混合工程と、
を含み、
前記レジンは、前記エポキシ樹脂、前記ナノフィラー、前記反応性希釈剤、及び硬化剤を下記割合で含む、
エポキシ樹脂:30wt%~60wt% …(1)
酸無水物系硬化剤:30wt%~60wt% …(2)
反応性希釈剤:5wt%~30wt% …(3)
