Abstract

um método é fornecido para dissipar e aprisionar as partículas de polímero superabsorvente (11, 12, 13, 14) dentro de estruturas de não tecido permeáveis a ar (100), para uso na construção de artigos absorventes (600). o método compreende as etapas de: (i) construir uma estrutura de não tecido permeável a ar (100) compre-endendo pelo menos uma primeira (1), segunda (2) e terceira (3) camadas de tecido não tecido, cada referida camada tendo espaços vazios de tamanho diferente defi-nidos nas mesmas; (ii) dispersar as partículas absorventes (11, 12, 13, 4) sobre uma superfície externa (10) da camada numerada mais alta da referida estrutura de não tecido permeável a ar (100) formada na etapa (i); e (iii) dissipar as partículas absor-ventes dispersas (11, 12, 13, 14) dentro da estrutura de não tecido permeável a ar (100) através da aplicação de uma fonte de energia externa atuando sobre as partí-culas absorventes (11, 12, 13, 14) numa direção substancialmente normal ao plano da superfície externa (10) da estrutura de não tecido permeável a ar (100).
