Abstract
Se proporciona un método para disipar y atrapar partículas poliméricas superabsorbentes (11, 12, 13, 14) dentro de estructuras no tejidas, transpirables (100), para utilizase en la construcción de artículos absorbentes (600). El método comprende los pasos de: (i) construir una estructura no tejida, transpirable (100), que comprende al menos una primera (1), una segunda (2) y una tercera (3) capas de tela no tejida, cada capa tiene espacios huecos de diferente tamaño definidos en las mismas; (ii) dispersar las partículas absorbentes (11, 12, 13, 4) sobre una superficie externa (10) de la capa numerada más alta de la estructura no tejida, transpirable (100) formada en el paso (i); y (iii) disipar las partículas absorbentes (11, 12, 13, 14) dispersas dentro de la estructura no tejida, transpirable (100) al aplicar una fuente de energía externa que actúa sobre las partículas absorbentes (11, 12, 13, 14) en una dirección sustancialmente normal al plano de la superficie externa (10) de la estructura no tejida, transpirable (100).
