Abstract
resumo um mecanismo de controle da direção e um instrumento cirúrgico com mecanismo de controle da direção a presente invenção proporciona um mecanismo de controle da direção e um instrumento cirúrgico com mecanismo de controle da direção, o mecanismo de controle da direção referido é constituído por: o mecanismo de entrada de energia de rotação a, o mecanismo de direção b, o mecanismo de bloqueio c e o mecanismo de saída de energia linear d; ainda mais, o mecanismo de entrada de energia de rotação a e o mecanismo de direção b são instalados coaxialmente, têm intervalo angular de rotação relativa na direção circunferencial; o mecanismo de entrada de energia de rotação a rota-se de uma extremidade do intervalo angular relativo referido à outra extremidade deste intervalo, neste processo, em relação ao mecanismo de direção b, o mecanismo de entrada de energia de rotação a passa sucessivamente pelos seguintes ângulos relativos: o ângulo i, o intervalo angular ii, o ângulo iii; em que, o ângulo i ou o ângulo iii correspondente à viragem, o intervalo angular ii correspondente ao estado de bloqueio. a presente invenção pode resolver o problema da viragem e do bloqueio dos dispositivos médicos no corpo humano durante a cirurgia, reduzindo o risco da cirurgia.
