Abstract
a presente invenção tem como objetivo melhorar a retirada de um líquido viscoso de dentro de um recipiente, em particular quando o líquido viscoso é um condimento contendo gema de ovo modificada por enzima. esse objetivo foi alcançado revestindo-se internamente um recipiente com um óleo vegetal contendo um emulsificante tendo um valor de hlb variando de 1 a 12, antes de se preencher o recipiente revestido com o líquido viscoso.
