Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a uma garra de fixação (10) para ser disposta em uma barra de deslize (100) com uma seção transversal retangular de uma mesa cirúrgica, com um corpo de base (12) com pelo menos uma superfície de contato (46), executada para o contato com a barra de deslize (100), uma estrutura de aperto (14) disposta no corpo de base (12) que apresenta um primeiro elemento de contato (20) e um segundo elemento de contato (38), e um órgão de acionamento (16) operativamente ligado à estrutura de aperto (14), e cujo acionamento permite a estrutura de aperto (14) ser colocada em um estado travado, onde a superfície de contato (46) do corpo de base (12) e os elementos de contato (20, 38) da estrutura de aperto (14) encostam-se à barra de deslize (100), em que o primeiro elemento de contato (20) é apoiado de modo giratório ao redor de um primeiro eixo giratório (z) paralelo ao eixo longitudinal (x) da barra de deslize (100), que é estacionária em relação ao corpo de base (12), o segundo elemento de contato (38) é disposto de modo giratório em redor de um segundo eixo giratório (y) paralelo ao primeiro eixo giratório (z), móvel em relação ao corpo de base, e o elemento de acionamento (16) é operativamente ligado ao segundo elemento de contato (38), em que com o acionamento do elemento de acionamento (16), o primeiro elemento de contato (20) pode ser girado em torno do primeiro eixo giratório (z) para encostar-se à barra de deslize (100).
