Abstract
resumo método e aparelho para usar calor excessivo do gás de combustão de usina de potência para secar combustível de biomassa trata-se de um método e um aparelho para usar calor excessivo do gás de combustão de usina de potência para secar combustível de biomassa. o método compreende as seguintes etapas: 1.) usar gradualmente calor excessivo do gás de combustão; 2.) efetuar secagem rápida com ar quente de alta temperatura de primeiro estágio; 3.) efetuar secagem rápida com ar quente de temperatura média constante de segundo estágio; 4.) efetuar secagem acelerada de baixa temperatura de terceiro estágio. o aparelho compreende um secador em esteira de múltiplas camadas (1) e um sistema de recuperação de calor e troca de calor graduado para calor excessivo do gás de combustão. esteiras transportadores de partição (1-1) de partições horizontais (1-2) em uma câmara de secagem de um invólucro de secador em uma área de alta temperadora hermeticamente vedada (2), área de temperatura média (3), e área de baixa temperatura (4), do topo até o fundo, respectivamente. o lado frontal da área de alta temperatura (2) é dotado de uma entrada de ar de alta temperatura (5). o lado frontal da área de temperatura média (3) é dotado de uma entrada de ar de temperatura média (7). o lado frontal da área de baixa temperatura (4) é dotado de uma entrada de ar de baixa temperatura (9). uma calha de descarga (1-3) é fornecida entre esteiras transportadoras adjacentes (1-1), de modo que o combustível de biomassa possa ser transportado de camadas superiores a camadas inferiores ao longo de uma trajetória em ziguezague. o método e o dispositivo permitem a utilização total do calor excessivo do gás de combustão, dessa forma, alcançado os objetivos de aumentar a eficácia de secagem, economia de energia e redução de emissões.
