Abstract
trata-se de um processo hidrometalúrgico para a extração seletiva de metal(is) de minério, concentrados, refugos, escórias ou outros sólidos de mancal de metal, pela combinação simultânea de lixiviação com sorção no estado de sólidos molhados para melhorar as recuperações de metal com consumo reduzido de agentes de lixiviação. o processo compreende as etapas de: (a) mesclar os sólidos de mancal de metal com agentes de lixiviação ácidos ou básicos, um ou mais sorventes e uma quantidade suficiente de uma solução aquosa para molhar substancialmente tanto os sólidos de mancal de metal quanto o sorvente sem formação de uma pasta aquosa, obtendo, por meio disso, sólidos molhados; (b) realizar lixiviação com sorção em sólidos molhados; (c) diluir os sólidos molhados e preparar uma polpa através da adição de uma solução aquosa; (d) separar o sorvente carregado da polpa; (e) eluir (dessorver) metais-alvo do sorvente carregado com um eluente para um eluato, retornando posteriormente o sorvente de volta para a etapa de mesclagem (a); e (f) recuperar metais-alvo do eluato para obter um ou mais produtos finais de metal, retornando o eluente de volta para a etapa de eluição (e).
