é divulgado um método para a análise comparativa dos níveis de expressão de mirnas alvos entre uma pluralidade de amostras de fluido corporal. no método para a análise comparativa da presente invenção, os níveis de expressão de mirnas alvos em cada amostra de fluido corporal são corrigidos utilizando o(s) nível(eis) de expressão de mirna(s) endógeno(s) de correção que é(são) mensurado(s) simultaneamente com os níveis de expressão dos mirnas alvos na amostra. como mirna(s) endógeno(s) de correção, um ou mais mirnas selecionados a partir de 10 tipos específicos de mirnas endógenos de correção são utilizados. pela presente invenção, a análise comparativa dos mirnas alvos nas amostras de fluido corporal pode ser realizada com uma precisão maior do que por meio das técnicas convencionais.
