disposição de vedação (10) abrangendo: uma primeira peça de máquina (12) e uma segunda peça de máquina (14), que estão distanciadas uma da outra mediante a formação de uma fenda de vedação (16) e dispostas de modo móvel uma com a outra ao longo de um eixo de movimentação (18); um elemento de vedação (20) com um filete de vedação (30), que fica retido, assentado sob pressão, em várias ranhuras (24) de uma estrutura de retenção de vedação (22) da primeira peça de máquina (12), sendo que o filete de vedação (30) se estende em direção axial afastando-se da estrutura de retenção de vedação (22); um elemento de pré-tensionamento (34) que está disposto em uma ranhura de retenção (32) da primeira peça de máquina (12) e por meio do qual o filete de vedação (30) pode ser pré-tensionado contra uma superfície de vedação (38) da segunda peça de máquina (14), para vedar uma região de alta pressão (h), à qual é aplicável uma pressão operacional, em relação a uma região de baixa pressão (n) da disposição de vedação (10), sendo que a ranhura de retenção (32) apresenta uma superfície de guia em forma de cunha (40, 42) para o elemento de pré-tensionamento (34), a qual está disposta se estendendo obliquamente sob um ângulo a com a<90° em relação ao eixo de movimentação (18) e sendo que o elemento de pré-tensionamento (34) é móvel contra e ao longo da superfície de guia em forma de cunha (40, 42).
