Abstract

remoção de células-tronco indiferenciadas novas e meio de cultura para purificação e refinamento de cardiomiócitos. a presente invenção tem como objetico encontrar novas condições para possibilitar a indução da morte celular de não-cardiomiócitos ou células-tronco indiferenciadas de forma mais completa e a seleção apenas de cardiomióticos. para atingir este objetivo, são oferecidos no presente pedido: um meio de cultura de células para uso na indução da morte celular de células-tronco indiferenciadas, onde o meio de cultura de células é livre de glutamina no perfil de aminoácidos; e também um método para induzir a morte celular de não-cardiomiócitos sendo feita uma cultura de células no referido meio de cultura de células. são ainda oferecidos neste pedido: um meio de cultura de células para uso na seleção de cardiomiócitos, onde o meio de cultura de células é suplementado com lactato, piruvato ou um ácido graxo, livre de açúcar, e livre de glutamina no perfil de aminoácidos; e também um método para selecionar cardiomiócitos por cultivo de uma mistura de cardiomiócitos e não-cardiomiócitos no referido meio de cultura de células.
