Abstract
dispositivo de pulverização, assim como um método para fabricação de um dispositivo de pulverização, compreende a montagem de pelo menos uma placa de pulverização (1) em um suporte (2) termoplástico, enquanto controla-se a temperatura da placa de pulverização (1) e/ou do suporte (2) e, como resultado, pelo menos deformar localmente de forma termoplástica o suporte (2) permantemente. após a deformação termoplástica de uma sede (5) do suporte (2), um diâmetro da sede (5) do suporte (2) a montante da placa de bocal de pulverização (1) excede um diâmetro da sede (5) do suporte (5) a jusante da placa de bocal (1). o suporte termoplástico pode ter uma sede afilada, onde a menor seção transversal da sede afilada é menor do que a placa de bocal de pulverização, em que o método pode compreender: - aquecer a placa de bocal de pulverização; - pressionar a placa de bocal de pulverização na sede afilada do suporte levando a placa de bocal em direção a um menor lado da sede afilada, deformando assim de forma termoplástica uma parede da sede afilada; - formando um dispositivo de pulverização a partir de um conjunto da placa de bocal de pulverização e do suporte termoplástico, enquanto um lado mais largo da sede afilada está apontado para um lado do suprimento do líquido.
