banda de rodagem (10) que tem uma largura total w para pneu de veículo que leva cargas muito pesadas, essa banda sendo provida de pelo menos dois recortes de orientação geral circunferencial (1, 2, 3, 4) e de profundidade média pelo menos igual a 70 mm e no máximo igual à espessura de matéria a desgastar, esses recortes circunferenciais (1, 2, 3, 4) dividindo a banda de rodagem em uma região mediana (5), que tem uma largura axial wm pelo menos igual a 50 % e no máximo igual a 80 % da largura total w da banda de rodagem, e regiões de ombro que delimitam axialmente a banda de rodagem, a região mediana (5) compreendendo uma pluralidade de incisões transversais ou oblíquas (61, 62, 63) que se abrem nos recortes circunferenciais (1, 2, 3, 4), essas incisões transversais ou oblíquas (61, 62, 63) se fechando pelo menos em parte por ocasião da passagem no contato e tendo uma profundidade pelo menos igual a 75 % da profundidade dos recortes circunferenciais, essas incisões transversais ou oblíquas (61, 62, 63) delimitando uma pluralidade de elementos de matéria com altura igual à profundidade média h das ditas incisões e com comprimento circunferencial b igual à distância média entre duas incisões transversais ou oblíquas (61, 62, 63), essa banda de rodagem (10) sendo tal que, para todos os elementos de matéria delimitados por duas incisões consecutivas na região mediana, a relação h/b é maior do que 0,5 e no máximo igual a 2,5.
