Abstract

PROCESSOS PARA PREPARAÇÃO DE UM POLÍMERO DE DIENO CONJUGADO RAMIFICADO E DE UM LÁTEX DE POLÍMERO DE DIENO CONJUGADO, POLÍMERO DE DIENO CONJUGADO RAMIFICADO, LÁTEX DE POLÍMERO DE DIENO CONJUGADO, E, ARTIGO. Um processo é fornecido para a preparação de um polímero de dieno conjugado ramificado com uma distribuição de peso molecular Mw/Mn de pelo menos 1,1, por polimerização aniônica, compreendendo as seguintes etapas de reação: a) polimerizar uma mistura de monômeros compreendendo pelo menos um dieno conjugado e opcionalmente um ou mais compostos de areno monoalcenila na presença de um iniciador aniônico para formar um polímero vivo; b) terminar a polimerização; e c) opcionalmente funcionalizar e/ou hidrogenar o polímero assim produzido, em que a mistura de monômeros compreende um alfa,ômega-bis(vinilfenil)alcano como comonômero. A invenção refere-se adicionalmente ao polímero assim obtido, um látex preparado a partir disso, o látex e artigos feitos do látex.
