Abstract
MÉTODO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE N-[(6-CLOROPIRIDIN-3-IL) METIL]- 2,2-DIFLUOROETANO-1-AMINA PELA ALQUILAÇÃO DE 2,2- DIFLUOROETILAMINA. Um processo para a preparação de N-[(6-cloropiridin-3-il) metil]-2,2-difluoroetan-1-amina de fórmula (III) em que 2,2-difluoroetilamina de fórmula (I) é reagido com um haleto de fórmula (II) na presença de um hidróxido de um metal alcalino ou de metal alcalino-terroso.
