Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um propulsor azimutal modular (1) para a propulsão de uma embarcação, apresentando um alojamento de propulsor (1) em torno do qual a água flui, e compreendendo uma unidade central padronizada (2) apresentando um alojamento de unidade central (21) que faz parte do alojamento de propulsor, uma linha de transmissão (6) disposta dentro do alojamento de unidade central (21), compreendendo um eixo de hélice (61) que se estende em uma direção longitudinal (13) do alojamento de propulsor, e uma hélice (3) disposta fora do alojamento de propulsor e sendo operacionalmente conectada ao eixo da hélice. a presente invenção adicionalmente se refere a uma embarcação compreendendo um propulsor azimutal e a um método de configurar um propulsor azimutal.
