Abstract
método e sistema para separar lignina de um meio líquido contendo lignina, produto contendo carbono, e, uso de um produto contendo carbono. a invenção refere-se a um método e um sistema para separar a lignina de um meio líquido contendo lignina, como licor negro de fábricas de pasta de papel, e para tratar a lignina separada. o método compreende, pelo menos, as seguintes etapas: a) uma etapa de precipitação (1), em que um agente de diminuição de ph (a) é adicionado à pasta fluida contendo lignina para precipitar a lignina, b) seguido por um primeiro estágio de separação (2), em que a lignina precipitada é separada como uma torta de lignina a partir da fase líquida restante da pasta fluida contendo lignina, c) um estágio de colocação em suspensão (3), em que a torta de lignina é colocada em suspensão para obter uma suspensão de lignina, d) um estágio de carbonização hidrotérmica (4), em que a suspensão de lignina é tratada para obter uma pasta fluida de material contendo carbono, e e) um segundo estágio de separação (5), em que o material contendo carbono é separado da pasta fluida.
