Abstract
MOLÉCULA DE dsRNA, SEQUÊNCIA DE DNA, POLINUCLEOTÍDEO, MÉTODOS PARA CONTROLAR UM FITOPATÓGENO E COMPOSIÇÃO PARA CONTROLAR UM FITOPATÓGENO. A presente invenção refere-se a moléculas de dsRNA para inibir a expressão do(s) gene(s) CYP51 de um fitopatógeno fúngico ou oomiceto e o uso dessas moléculas de dsRNA inibidoras para controlar fungos fitopatogênicos e/ou oomicetos. A presente invenção ainda se refere às sequências de DNA que fornecem um molde transcricional para moléculas de dsRNA inibitórias ou RNA antisense; e plantas transgênicas tolerantes a fitopatógenos que compreendem essas sequências de DNA.
