resumo patente de invenção: "método para fabricação de pla com o uso de um novo catalisador de polimerização" a invenção refere-se a um método para fabricar polilactídeo, que compreende as etapas de misturar lactídeo e um composto de coordenação de metal como catalisador de polimerização para obter uma mistura de reação, polimerizar o lactídeo na fase líquida em uma temperatura de ao menos 150 °c para formar polilactídeo na fase líquida e permitir que o polilactídeo se solidifique, distinguido pelo fato de que o catalisador de polimerização compreende um composto de coordenação de metal-ligante através do qual o ligante parental satisfaz a fórmula (i), em que r representa um átomo de h, um grupo alifático, um átomo de haleto ou um grupo nitro e o metal é pelo menos um dentre zr e hf os catalisadores inventados mostram uma cinética que é comparável à cinética do catalisador de octoato de sn conhecido.
