Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A PRODUÇÃO DE ALQUENÓIS E USO DOS MESMOS PARA A PRODUÇÃO DE 1,3-BUTADIENO. A presente invenção refere-se ao processo para a produção de alquenóis compreendendo a desidratação de ao menos um diol na presença de ao menos um catalisador à base de óxido de cério, onde o dito catalisador à base de óxido de cério é obtido por precipitação, na presença de ao menos uma base, de ao menos um composto contendo cério. Preferencialmente, o dito diol pode ser um butanodiol, mais preferencialmente, 1,3-butanodiol, ainda mais preferencialmente, bio-1,3-butanodiol derivado de processos de biossíntese. Os ditos alquenóis podem ser vantajosamente usados para a produção de 1,3-butadieno, em particular de bio-1,3-butadieno.
