resumo “dispositivo de processamento de grafagem por rolete e método de processamento de grafagem por rolete” a presente invenção refere-se a um painel que serve como um objeto de trabalho que é disposto sobre uma face de matriz (1a) de uma matriz de grafagem (1) e processos de pré-grafagem (flexão preliminar) e grafagem (flexão principal) que são realizados com um rolete de grafagem preso por um robô. um mecanismo de aninhamento (6) para posicionar o painel é fornecido em uma parte de parede lateral (1b) da matriz de grafagem (1). o mecanismo de aninhamento (6) é construído de modo que um bloco de aninhamento móvel (8) que tem uma seção de garra de aninhamento (8b) na extremidade de ponta seja sustentado por um suporte (7), sendo que o bloco de aninhamento (8) é elasticamente sustentado de maneira retrátil na direção vertical (direção da seta p1) e deslocável de maneira deslizante (ou inclinável) na direção da seta p2. desse modo, a interferência entre o rolete de grafagem e o mecanismo de aninhamento (6) não tem nenhum efeito negativo sobre a qualidade de processo de grafagem.
