Abstract
resumo método para a produção de bacterioclorofila a a presente invenção se refere a um método de fermentação de alimentação por lote para a produção de bacterioclorofila a (bchla) a partir de rhodovulum sulfidophilum, em que o meio de desenvolvimento contém um composto de nitrogênio inorgânico como a fonte de nitrogênio e durante a fermentação o meio de desenvolvimento é suplementado com uma fonte de carbono succinato, uma fonte de nitrogênio de composto inorgânico e uma fonte de fósforo a partir de reservatórios externos conectados ao recipiente de fermentação, e após a conclusão da fermentação bchla é recuperada a partir das células separadas. 1/1
