Abstract
resumo patente de invenção: "método para a causticação de lixívia verde". a presente invenção refere-se a um método para a causticação de lixívia verde em um processo de sulfato ou energia para a produção de pasta química, no qual uma lixívia verde que consiste em uma solução aquosa de carbonato de sódio como componente principal e sulfeto de sódio é misturada em um slaker com um óxido de cálcio e essa é submetida a uma reação em um causticador (10) para formar uma suspensão aquosa contendo hidróxido de sódio e carbonato de cálcio como componentes principais, cuja suspensão é filtrada em um primeiro filtro (19) e, em seguida, duas a três vezes após a diluição com água em um recipiente de diluição (21, 25) essa é conduzida para a separação dos sólidos suspensos no mesmo através de outros filtros (22, 26) e filtrada, distinguido pelo fato de que à suspensão aquosa, após uma primeira separação de carbonato de cálcio como componente principal e óxido de cálcio como componente secundário, é acrescentado dióxido de carbono pelo menos durante uma diluição em um recipiente de diluição (18, 21, 25) e, em particular, no(s) recipiente(s) de diluição (21, 25) antes de um segundo e/ou de um terceiro filtro (22, 26).
