resumo patente de invenção: "processo para a fabricação de papelão". a invenção refere-se a um processo para a fabricação de um papelão, que compreende: uma etapa de formação de polpa para formar uma lama da etapa de formação de polpa a partir de uma matéria-prima de polpa, que compreende papel residual como uma matéria-prima principal através da maceração e do refino de fibras; uma etapa de formação para adicionar um agente de reforço de papel e outros aditivos à pasta da etapa de formação de polpa para formar uma matéria-prima de polpa; e uma etapa de fabricação de papel para fabricar um papelão a partir da matéria-prima de polpa. além disso, esse processo é caracterizado pela adição (a) de uma solução aquosa de hipoclorito e (b) uma solução aquosa de um sal de amônio inorgânico solúvel em água ou amônia aquosa à pasta da etapa de formação de polpa, para obter uma redução na quantidade de agente de reforço de papel a ser adicionada na etapa de formação.
