resumo patente de invenção: "polímeros de vinila preparados através de polimerização de suspensão e métodos dos mesmos". um método de produzir partículas de polímero de vinila por polimerização de suspensão compreendendo: combinar um meio aquoso e um fosfato de tricálcio para um vaso de reação; adicionar um agente estabilizando o ph ao vaso de reação; adicionando um monômero de vinila ao vaso de reação; adicionar um iniciador de peróxido, por exemplo, que também gera co2 como um resultado de decomposição primária ou secundária, para o vaso de reação; adicionar tensoativo ou um iniciador de radical livre solúvel na água para o vaso de reação; mantendo os teores do reator maiores do que ou igual a 90ºc até uma densidade de uma fase dispersa substancialmente igual àquela de uma fase contínua; adicionar um agente de sopro ao frasco de reação; elevar a temperatura do frasco de reação para mais do que ou igual a 100ºc; e coletar partículas de polímero tendo uma distribuição de tamanho de partícula.
