Abstract

MÉTODO E SISTEMA DE MONITORAMENTO PARA MONITORAR O ATORDOAMENTO A GÁS DE AVES. Trata-se de um método para monitorar o atordoamento a gás de aves, em que os grupos de aves são transportados para dentro e para fora de uma zona de atordoamento (1), e em que a concentração do gás de atordoamento na zona de atordoamento é medida e ajustada para atordoamento ideal. A concentração de gás é medida em uma pluralidade de posições de medição na zona de atordoamento e uma inspeção visual das aves é realizada em duas ou mais dentre as posições de medição com uso de uma unidade de inspeção visual (76), tal como uma câmera, que se move na zona de atordoamento juntamente com o grupo de aves. Os grupos de aves são vantajosamente mantidos em caixas (3). A unidade de inspeção visual pode ser parte de uma unidade de monitoramento (71) que inclui adicionalmente um sensor de gás (75), em que a dita unidade de monitoramento é usada para medição simultânea da concentração do gás de atordoamento e inspeção das aves em duas ou mais posições de monitoramento.
