resumo patente de invenção: "razão de fluxo de fusão de polímero aumentada através da alimentação de um catalisador suportado saturado com um agente líquido selecionado". a presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de copolímeros de etileno alfa-olefina. o processo pode incluir alimentação de um sistema catalítico compreendendo um metaloceno suportado, tal como um hafnoceno, tendo poros saturados com um agente líquido selecionado, para um reator de polimerização de fase de gás. o etileno e uma alfa-olefina podem então estar em contato com o metaloceno suportado no reator de polimerização de fase de gás para produzir um copolímero de etileno alfa-olefina. o copolímero pode ter uma densidade menor que 0,93 g/cm3, um índice de fusão (i2) menor que 2 dg/min, e uma razão de fluxo de fusão (i21 / i2) de pelo menos 28. para vantajosamente resultar em efeitos desejados em propriedades catalisadoras e/ou propriedades poliméricas, o agente líquido pode ser selecionado para manipular vantajosamente os perfis de temperatura do catalisador e/ou interação do catalisador - monômero durante um período de aquecimento inicial quando o catalisador é primeiro introduzido no reator.
