Abstract

1. Система, содержащаямешалку, расположенную внутри резервуара катализатора полимеризации и выполненную с возможностью смешивания или растворения по меньшей мере части или всего катализатора полимеризации и растворителя с образованием раствора катализатора полимеризации;нагревательную систему, соединенную с резервуаром катализатора полимеризации и выполненную с возможностью поддержания температуры раствора катализатора полимеризации выше определенного порога;реактор предварительного контакта, выполненный с возможностью приема сырьевых потоков, содержащих активатор и раствор катализатора полимеризации, из резервуара катализатора полимеризации с образованием каталитического комплекса; итрубопровод, выполненный с возможностью переноса каталитического комплекса из выпускного отверстия реактора предварительного контакта в реактор.2. Система по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что реактор предварительного контакта содержитвторую мешалку, расположенную внутри реактора предварительного контакта и выполненную с возможностью смешивания активатора и раствора катализатора полимеризации; ивторую нагревательную систему, соединенную с реактором предварительного контакта и выполненную с возможностью поддержания температуры каталитического комплекса выше второго порогового значения.3. Система по п. 1 или 2, содержащая реактор, выполненный с возможностью полимеризации мономера в твердый полимер в присутствии каталитического комплекса.4. Система по п. 1 или 2, содержащая множество реакторов, выполненных с возможностью полимеризации мономера в твердый полимер в присутствии каталитического комплекса.5. Система по п. 1

Claims (16)

1. Система, содержащая
мешалку, расположенную внутри резервуара катализатора полимеризации и выполненную с возможностью смешивания или растворения по меньшей мере части или всего катализатора полимеризации и растворителя с образованием раствора катализатора полимеризации;
нагревательную систему, соединенную с резервуаром катализатора полимеризации и выполненную с возможностью поддержания температуры раствора катализатора полимеризации выше определенного порога;
реактор предварительного контакта, выполненный с возможностью приема сырьевых потоков, содержащих активатор и раствор катализатора полимеризации, из резервуара катализатора полимеризации с образованием каталитического комплекса; и
трубопровод, выполненный с возможностью переноса каталитического комплекса из выпускного отверстия реактора предварительного контакта в реактор.
2. Система по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что реактор предварительного контакта содержит
вторую мешалку, расположенную внутри реактора предварительного контакта и выполненную с возможностью смешивания активатора и раствора катализатора полимеризации; и
вторую нагревательную систему, соединенную с реактором предварительного контакта и выполненную с возможностью поддержания температуры каталитического комплекса выше второго порогового значения.
3. Система по п. 1 или 2, содержащая реактор, выполненный с возможностью полимеризации мономера в твердый полимер в присутствии каталитического комплекса.
4. Система по п. 1 или 2, содержащая множество реакторов, выполненных с возможностью полимеризации мономера в твердый полимер в присутствии каталитического комплекса.
5. Система по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что множество реакторов работают в последовательном расположении или в параллельном расположении.
6. Система по 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что катализатор полимеризации содержит металлоценовый катализатор.
7. Система по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что растворитель содержит сомономер.
8. Система по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что сомономер содержит 1-гексен.
9. Система по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что сырьевые потоки содержат сокатализатор.
10. Система по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что сокатализатор содержит триизобутилалюминий, триэтилалюминий или любую их комбинацию.
11. Система по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что активатор содержит твердую суперкислоту.
12. Система по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что нагревательная система выполнена с возможностью нагрева второго трубопровода, выполненного с возможностью переноса раствора катализатора полимеризации из резервуара катализатора полимеризации в реактор предварительного контакта.
13. Система по п. 1 или 2, содержащая датчик, выполненный с возможностью обеспечения показаний концентрации катализатора полимеризации в растворе катализатора полимеризации.
14. Система по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что растворитель содержит сомономер, 1-гексен, циклогексан, гептан, алкен, алкан, циклоалкен, циклоалкан или их комбинацию.
15. Каталитический комплекс, содержащий раствор металлоценового катализатора, содержащий смесь металлоценового катализатора и растворитель, при этом концентрация металлоценового катализатора в растворе металлоценового катализатора больше чем приблизительно 0,40 мас.% в растворителе; и активатор.
16. Каталитический комплекс по п. 15, отличающийся тем, что растворитель содержит сомономер, 1-гексен, циклогексан, гептан, алкен, алкан, циклоалкен, циклоалкан или их комбинацию.
