Abstract

a invenção proporciona um processo para formar uma composição compreendendo pelo menos um polímero à base de etileno e pelo menos um óleo, o referido processo compreendendo o seguinte: polimerizar uma mistura compreendendo etileno, e opcionalmente um ou mais comonômeros, em um sistema de reator, compreendendo pelo menos um reator e pelo menos um misturador, localizado a jusante do reator, para formar o polímero à base de etileno; e em que o óleo é adicionado ao polímero à base de etileno a montante do misturador. a invenção também proporciona um sistema de reator para um processo para formar uma composição compreendendo pelo menos um polímero à base de etileno e pelo menos um óleo, o referido sistema de reator compreendendo pelo menos um reator, pelo menos um misturador e uma alimentação de óleo para o copolímero à base de etileno e em que a alimentação de óleo está localizada depois do reator e antes do misturador.
