resumo patente de invenção: "amido termicamente inibido e farinhas contendo amido". a presente invenção refere-se ao amido termicamente inibido e a farinhas contendo amido, produzidos através de tratamento térmico de opcionalmente até um teor de substância seca maior ou igual a 95% em massa, preferivelmente 98% em massa, de modo particularmente preferido 99% em massa, de amido nativo, previamente secado, sendo que o amido nativo opcionalmente previamente secado é termicamente tratado na presença de pelo menos 0,1% em volume de oxigênio a uma temperatura do produto acima de 100oc em uma correia transportadora vibratória em espiral.
