Abstract
zussammenfassung die erfindung betrifft partikelförmige mit legierungsbildenden elementen der 3. und 4. hauptgruppe des pse stabilisierte lithiummetallkompositmaterialien sowie verfahren zu deren herstellung durch umsetzung von lithiummetall mit filmbildungs-elementprecursoren der allgemeinen formeln (i) oder (ii): [ar1r2r3r4]lix (i), oder r1r2r3a-o-ar4r5r6 (ii), worin bedeuten: r1r2r3r4r5r6 = unabhängig voneinander alkyl (c1-c12), aryl, alkoxy, aryloxy-, oder halogen (f, cl, br, i); oder zwei reste r bedeuten zusammengenommen ein 1,2-diolat (z.b. 1,2-ethandiolat), ein 1,2- oder 1,3-dicarboxylat (z.b. oxalat oder malonat) oder ein 2-hydroxycarboxylatdianion (z.b. lactat oder salicylat); die reste r1 bis r6 können weitere funktionelle gruppen enthalten, beispielsweise alkoxygruppen; a = bor, aluminium, gallium, indium, thallium, silicium, germanium, zinn, blei; x = 0 oder 1 für b, al, ga, in, tl; x = 0 für si, ge, sn, pb; im falle x = 0 und a = b, al, ga, in, tl entfällt r4 oder mit polymeren enthaltend eines oder mehrere der elemente b, al, ga, in, tl, si, ge, sn, pb bei temperaturen zwischen 50 und 300°c, bevorzugt über der lithiumschmelztemperatur von 180,5°c, in einem organischen, inerten lösungsmittel tradução do resumo resumo patente de invenção: "moldagens metálicas de lítio estabilizadas, revestidas com elementos formadores de liga e processo para produção das mesmas" a invenção refere-se a materiais compostos metálicos de lítio em forma de partículas, estabilizados com elementos formadores de liga do 3? e 4? grupo principal do pse, bem como processo para a produção dos mesmos por reação de metal de lítio com precursores de elementos formadores de filme das fórmulas gerais (i) ou (ii): [ar1r2r3r4]lix (i) ou r1r2r3a-o-ar4r5r6 (ii), onde significam: r1r2r3r4r5r6 = independentemente um do outro, alquila(c1-c12), arila, alcóxi,arilóxi,ou halogênio (f, cl, br, i); ou dois radicais r significam, em conjunto, um 1,2-diolato (por exemplo, 1,2-etandiolato), um 1,2- ou 1,3-dicarboxilato (por exemplo, oxalato ou malonato) ou uma 2-hidroxicarboxilatodianiona (por exemplo, lactato, glicolato ou salicilato); os radicais r1 a r6 podem conter outros grupos funcionais, por exemplo, grupos alcóxi; a = boro, alumínio, gálio, índio, tálio, silício, germânio, estanho, chumbo; x = 0 ou 1 para b, al, ga, in, tl; x = 0 para si, ge sn, pb; no caso de x = 0 e a = b = b. al, ge, in, ti, r4 é suprimido, ou com polímeros, que contêm um ou mais dos elementos b, al, ga, in, tl, si, ge, sn, pb, a temperaturas entre 50 e 300?c, de preferência, acima da temperatura de fusão de lítio, de 180,5 em um solvente orgânico, inerte.
