resumo patente de invenção: "método para fabricação de monossacarídeos, oligossacarídeos e furfurais a partir de biomassa". a presente invenção refere-se a um método para a produção de modo eficaz de monossacarídeos, oligossacarídeos e furfurais a partir de biomassa. uma biomassa é hidrolisada sob condições sob as quais são produzidos monossacarídeos, oligossacarídeos e furfurais ao mesmo tempo que suprindo continuamente uma suspensão aquosa da biomassa a partir de uma porta de suprimento de um dispositivo de hidrólise primária contínua e movendo a suspensão através do dispositivo. uma solução de hidrólise é descarregada de modo contínuo a partir de uma porta de descarga do dispositivo de hidrólise contínua, e uma solução de hidrólise contendo monossacarídeos, oligossacarídeos e furfurais é extraída a partir de uma porta de extração intermediária proporcionada em qualquer posição entre a porta de suprimento e a porta de descarga do dispositivo de hidrólise primária contínua. a solução de hidrólise extraída é em seguida submetida à hidrólise secundária.
