Abstract
resumo patente de invenção: "processo e dispositivo de extrusão". a presente invenção se refere a um processo para a produção de filamentos ou películas de materiais sólidos a partir de um fluido do material através da extrusão do fluido por um ou mais orifícios de extrusão e solidificação do material em um banho coletor, sendo que o material conformado é conduzido através de uma corrente de gás lateral entre os orifícios de extrusão e o banho coletor, caracterizado pelo fato de que a corrente de gás é dividida em uma corrente parcial de aquecimento e em uma corrente parcial de arrefecimento, sendo que o material é posto em contato inicialmente com a corrente parcial de aquecimento e, em seguida, com a corrente parcial de arrefecimento, antes de ser introduzido no banho coletor; bem como um dispositivo para a extrusão e moldagem de materiais.
