resumo patente de invenção: "método e dispositivo para remover gases metálicos dentro de um tubo em uma instalação de galvânização por imersão a quente contínua". a presente invenção refere-se a um método para remover gases metálicos dentro de um tubo e a um dispositivo para remover gases metálicos dentro de um tubo em uma instalação de galvanização por imersão a quente contínua, que são capazes de confiavelmente remover os gases metálicos que causam a não galvanização do tubo sem aquecer uma parede externa do tubo. o gás inerte aquecido é suprido no interior de um tubo (10) que é formado entre uma saída de forno de recozimento contínuo e um banho galvanoplástico por imersão a quente, e enquanto são mantidas a temperatura atmosférica dentro do tubo e a temperatura de uma parede interna do tubo, o gás apresentando uma taxa de fluxo maior do que uma taxa de fluxo de suprimento de gás é descarregado, e assim, um fluxo de gás é formado que flui do forno de recozimento contínuo para uma superfície do banho galvanoplástico por imersão a quente, o que impede a ocorrência de um defeito de qualidade causado pelos gases metálicos gerados da superfície de metal fundido que são coagulados e depositados na parede interna do tubo ou em uma parede interna do forno de recozimento contínuo, ou que são desprendidos de uma chapa de aço e são incorporados a uma chapa de aço.
