Abstract
resumo patente de invenção: "método e dispositivo para produção de farinha e/ou semolina". a presente invenção refere-se a um método para produção de farinha e/ou semolina de material cereal, mediante alimentação deste material de uma carga a granel (6) para uma abertura de alimentação de um moinho de cilindros de leito de material (9). a fenda de moagem (d) do moinho de cilindro de leito de material (9) será ajustada firmemente ou será ajustado um amortecimento pelo menos de um dos cilindros com relação a uma deflexão lateral, de maneira que uma primeira quantidade parcial da carga contendo material moído (5) mais fino forme uma carga de partículas compactada na fenda de moagem (d). além disso, a regulagem será feita de tal maneira que diferentes partículas de uma segunda quantidade parcial da carga, contendo material de moagem (7) mais grosso estejam em contato com o primeiro cilindro (10) e com o segundo cilindro (11) do moinho de cilindros de material (9). em seguida, verifica-se uma moagem do material a granel no moinho do cilindro do leito de material (9) para a forma de produto moído (17), bem como um escoamento deste produto moído (17) através de uma abertura de escoamento.
